Sparkle Wellness recognizes that the joy of individual taste means that not everyone experiences the same flavor in the same way. That's why we offer Sparkle Wellness products in multiple flavors as well as an unflavored option. If one is not working for you, then another hopefully will. 

With our Flavor Guarantee, if you have purchased a flavor that is not working for you, then you can request a different flavor as a replacement at no cost. We'll ship the replacement to you free of charge for shipping within the USA. 

 The Sparkle Wellness Flavor Guarantee terms:

  • Must make a claim within 30 days of the original purchase 
  • Must be able to provide a valid lot number and expiration date for the product you have purchased
  • Can claim a replacement a maximum of two times

Need to request a new flavor? No problem. For US customers, just fill out the following form: Flavor Guarantee Request. For customers outside of the US, please fill out the form and we'll be in touch to work through what options might be available. 

Please note: You may be required to return the product.
