We offer a full money refund under the following circumstances:

• You must contact us by email at [email protected] within 30 days of the shipment date to notify us that you wish to return the product and the reason for the return.
• We will then advise you of the shipment address for returning the product.
• If the reason for the return is due to an error in our processing of your order, we will refund the return shipment costs in addition to the order costs. If the reason for the return is not due to an error in our processing of the order, you will bear the cost of the return shipping.
• Upon receipt of the returned product, we will process a refund to the same form of payment used for the initial order.
