How do I know how much is a serving size?Updated 10 months ago

The new product labels contain instructions on using a teaspoon versus our previous scoops. Using a standard measuring teaspoon (4.92 ml size), the below definitions apply: 

• For a heaping teaspoon, heap as much on the measuring teaspoon as possible. 
• For a rounded teaspoon, again heap as much on the measuring teaspoon as possible, then shake once or twice gently to dislodge some of the powder. What is left on the spoon is a “rounded teaspoon”. A rounded teaspoon is a standard cooking measure. 
• To create a flat spoon, you would scrape off the excess from the spoon until it is flat. No product goes above the top of the spoon.

If you don't have a standard measuring teaspoon, then a regular household teaspoon will work just fine. 

Please note that if you use multiple Sparkle Wellness products, the teaspoon measurement recommendations will vary from one product to the next.
