How do I change my next order date or pause my subscription?

You can change the date of your next order at any time. 

Simply log in to your account here: Account Login

Click the "Subscriptions" link in the top left-hand corner.

To adjust your next shipment, you will see the “Actions” option. From here, you will see the option to “Reschedule next order” and click a new date. 

We recently migrated to a new subscription platform called Recharge. With this system, canceling a subscription now functions more like pausing it—making it easier to reactivate later if you choose to resume your subscription
